Secretmsg account and data deletion

Users can permanently delete their account and associated user data directly in the Secretmsg application. It is not necessary to send a standard account deletion request by email.

Procedure

Sign in to Secretmsg, open your account or profile management and use the available account deletion function. The application will ask you to confirm the operation.

What is deleted when an account is deleted

Deleting an account permanently removes the user account and all user data associated with that account that is stored on the Secretmsg server. This includes, in particular, account information, profile information, contacts, and other data directly associated with the account.

Account deletion is irreversible and deleted data cannot be restored. After deletion is completed, Secretmsg does not retain the account or its user data, except for information that may be required to be retained under applicable law.
